Which questions do you have about logistics work at L&P? We already provided you with answers on the most frequently asked questions. Is your question not on the list? Feel free to contact us. We're here to help!

L&P processes all incoming employment hours on Wednesdays. We prefer to do this as early as possible in the day, so that you will have your salary on Wednesday.

L&P e-mails your pay slip to you every Wednesday, as soon as the salary has been processed. It is therefore very important that your data is correct, so that you do not miss it. Also check the SPAM now and then, sometimes a payslip ends up there.

If you work for a client where you have to fill in and sign your job sheets yourself, you will always receive a stack from us when you come to sign your temporary employment contract. Don't have any more? Then you can get new ones from your L&P contact person, or you can download and print your job sheet yourself.

Mail your job sheet to administratie@l-p.nu no later than every Monday of the week. Tip: we can only process your job sheet if it is clearly legible and has your and the client’s signature.

First, you always call the client where you work. Then you also contact your L&P contact person. Are you ill on the weekend? Your client can always be reached by phone, so you always call them. L&P is not available on weekends, in that case please send us an e-mail. Read more about it in the L&P agency rules.

If you have built up sufficient holiday hours, you can! Request it in advance by sending an e-mail to administratie@l-p.nu. Indicate how many holiday hours you want to take up and in which period you want them to be paid out.

You need a valid ID (valid within the EU). Think of a passport, ID card or residence permit. Unfortunately, a driver's license is not sufficient in this case. In addition, we always like to see your insurance card, so that we can be sure that you have health insurance – because that is mandatory in the Netherlands.
